Frequently Asked Questions
Purchasing
| Q |
Why is paper packaged by double- or triple-roll bolt, but priced by single roll? |
| A |
A roll is the standard increment of wallpaper, but it can be packaged in double, triple or even quadruple roll bolts. Packaging in single rolls would create too much waste, especially with large patterns.

| Q |
Why do I have to be concerned about the pattern repeat? |
| A |
The repeat is the vertical distance between identical points on the pattern. Knowing where the repeat lies is critical to matching the pattern at the seams.

| Q |
I ran out of wallpaper to finish the job. Why won't the new rolls I ordered match the old? |
| A |
Wallpaper printed at different times will carry different lot numbers. It is important to order product from the same dye lot because shading and coloration may vary slightly from run to run. Always make sure you order enough the first time to accommodate miscuts, mismeasurements or repairs that need to be made later.
